Watch band incorrectly sized, but otherwise great product

Hi I'm giving this four out of five as we believe the band is the incorrect size. I sticks out slightly from the watch face on the sides which catches on things which i order premium so it should fit snuggle. Having said that the condition of the watch itself is brilliant and as new functions perfectly also thanks so much.

We had to buy another phone . It wouldnt make calls and the battery life was poor
